  • Corey Whisner has joined Rotunda Capital as a Partner. Corey will be based in Chicago and will focus on logistics, distribution and business services transactions. Prior to joining Rotunda in 2013, Corey worked in the Chicago office of Thoma Bravo where he focused on investing in distribution, logistics and business services companies. Corey served on the Board of Directors for three Thoma Bravo portfolio companies including Consona, Excelligence and the Porter and Chester Institute.

    Corey joined Thoma Bravo from the Chicago Investment Banking office of Credit Suisse where he was a Director focused on providing financing and advisory services to Distributors and Multi-Industry clients. Prior to Credit Suisse, Corey was with the Chicago Investment Banking office of Citigroup focusing on Consumer, Telecom and Industrial companies.

    Corey received an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago School of Business and received a BS degree in Business from Miami University.
